Business Promotion in Malta
In conformity with Maltas aim to attract and aid foreign direct investment, Maltese
legislation offers a number of incentives, both fiscal and non-fiscal, to companies involved
in qualifying activities.
The qualifying activities which are targeted by the Business Promotion Act include:
